2430158334 - fixing an issue with not building the UI for the generated objects when running a script and then trying to enable/disable the plots 
- attempting to add a feature in the text editors to autoselect all words in a document that are the same as the one that was clicked
- all the colors set in Preferences now have to be in the 8digits format RGBA (including the alpha channel as a suffix) - it is required to delete the current preferences files

c401ece84c - fixed issue in Cutout Plugin: there was an offset from the object center when using automatic gaps, both on X and Y axis 
- fixed issue in Cutout Plugin: when the margin parameter was bigger than the gaps size (automatic gaps) the gaps are not created

6f884f4d64 - the Plugins object combo boxes are no longer updated on object selection on Project tab generally but only for the Plugin that is current, if any 
- in Corner Markers Plugin I added a new feature, ability to insert existing markers into external objects. Finished the work for external Gerbers and work in progress for the external Geometry

bc2f31aa90 - in Preferences, more Plugins preferences UI is upgraded to the new look 
- In Paint Plugin fixed the Area select mode to work with Geometry object created by the Geometry Editor
- in Paint Plugin some changes in the way the source object is autoloaded
- in Paint, NCC and Cutout Plugins when using a mode that require to be terminated (by mouse RMB or ESC key) the notebook UI element is disabled until this is done

36c0b94d3a - in Cutout Plugin simplified the UI 
- Gerber Extra Buffering is now OFf by default. For those cases where the Gerber file is not rendered correctly it will need to be activated. It has a performance penalty so it will no longer be enabled by default for everybody.

2fd8c76996 - fixed a reported issue with the manual cutout in Cutout Plugin where adding more gaps will crash the app due of the manual geometry being a MultiPolygon and not a Polygon as it was assumed 
- fixed a reported bug in convert 2 geometry where a MultiLineString' object does not support item assignment“ error was issued

- optimized the Milling Plugin preferences
- added more preferences for v-shape tools in the Milling Plugin Preferences
- deactivated the automatic disable of the Cut Z parameter when selecting a v-shape tool in Milling Plugin
- in Milling Plugin added some protections against receiving signals from widgets without objectName set
- in Milling Plugin made sure that the Custom offset field is displayed only when it is needed (selected from Offset Type combobox)
- added some requirements asked by vispy v0.7.0
- if the generated Gcode is empty then the app will know and will not create a CNCJob object
- modified the Tool Table in Milling Plugin: now the tool type parameter is part of the Tool parameters and no longer in the Tool Table
- working on a Kosy CNC machine preprocessor file

ba59e9ed58 - fixed the setting color functionality on right click on the objects in the Project Tab such that the set color (or opacity) it is stored in a persistent setting correctly and the colors for Gerber objects are restored in order 
- trying to fix a Runtime exception that may happen when the Plugin Tab is deleted completely

- fixed an issue in Film Plugin made by copy/paste done recently to make sure that objects selected in Project Menu are populated in the Plugin UI on Film Plugin launch

f85be8d095 - added possibility of changing the Axis color and created a new parameter for that in Preferences 
- some refactoring
- in a FCColorEntry GUI element, setting a color in the Color dialog will trigger the editingFinished signal therefore propagating the changes
